It's a 25–30 minute chat at PT Factory. No exercise, no kit needed, no commitment required. I'll show you around the gym, ask what you're looking to achieve, and we'll figure out together whether working together makes sense. Most people say they don't know what they were so nervous about.

Absolutely not. This is genuinely one of the most common things I hear — and it's exactly the wrong way round. You start, and then you get fit. I work with people at all fitness levels, including complete beginners. If anything, starting from scratch means we get to build things properly from the ground up.

Tell me in the consultation and we build your programme around it. I work with clients who have bad knees, back issues, chronic conditions, and post-surgery rehabilitation. Exercise can still be safe, effective, and enjoyable — it just needs to be designed properly for you.

Most people feel a difference within 2–3 weeks: better energy, improved sleep, less stress. Visible changes in how your body looks and feels usually come within 4–8 weeks if you're consistent. I'll be honest with you about what's realistic rather than promising overnight transformations.

Apps give you a generic plan and leave you to it. With online coaching, you've got me — an actual person who knows your name, knows your goals, and adjusts your programme based on how you're actually getting on. If something isn't working, we change it. If you're smashing it, we push further. It's the difference between a map and a guide.
