FitnessbyKSR is operated by Kallum Rolfe, a personal trainer based at PT Factory, Denton, Manchester. We are the data controller for any personal data collected through this website.

• Email sign-up (MailerLite): When you sign up for the free 5-day guide, we collect your first name and email address.
• Contact form (Formspree): When you send a message via the contact page, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and message content.
• Cookies: We use functional cookies to improve your experience on the site (see section 6 below).

3. How we use your data

• To send you the free 5-day email guide you signed up for.
• To send occasional follow-up emails related to fitness, our services, and useful content. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To respond to enquiries sent via the contact form.
• We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following trusted third-party services to process your data:

• MailerLite — email marketing platform. Your email and name are stored on MailerLite's servers in accordance with their privacy policy.
• Formspree — contact form processing. Messages submitted via our contact form are handled by Formspree.
• Netlify / GitHub Pages — website hosting.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy and is compliant with applicable data protection law.

6. Cookies

This website uses the following cookies:

• cookieConsent — stores your cookie preference (Accept or Decline). This is a functional cookie and does not track you.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent again.

We keep your email address and name for as long as you remain subscribed to our emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. Contact form enquiries are kept for up to 12 months.
