  • Online Coaching is the best way to start your fitness journey. Everything is of course online and therefore more effective than “normal” personal training – I’m there for you 24/7 instead of just seeing you once a week in the gym.

    The high level of support & expertise you get through the weekly check-in calls, weekly goals and continuous adjustments to training & nutrition will keep you on track with your fitness journey. It's the best transition from your current lifestyle to a healthy and realistic lifestyle. I’ll be with you through the ups & downs in your journey & you won't have to follow the same boring plan for months on end.

    Getting rid of lifelong unhealthy habits takes time & is best done through small weekly adjustments. Therefore, Online Coaching is perfect for you if you usually struggle with motivation & discipline to keep going; or if you feel like you need the right guidance & expertise to reach your goals

  • Online Coaching looks a little different from client to client, as everyone's fitness journeys are different, but regardless you’ll get all the tools you need to get results.


    You will get tools to track your progress, as well as a personalized training plan and professional nutritional guidance. We’ll have weekly check-in.

    I'll adjust your workouts & nutrition accordingly so you can ease into your new lifestyle and get stronger every week.

  • Nope, definitely not. The workouts will always be personalised to you, so whether you want to workout at home, in the gym or a mix that's no problem at all.

    If you have any equipment at home (weights, resistance bands etc) I will make sure to incorporate them in the workouts. If not, I'll give you body weight workouts.

  • I will always take your previous training experience into account when creating your personalised workouts. When you sign up for Online Coaching you will be sent a questionnaire - this will give me all the information I need to create your personalised plan.

    If you are a beginner I will make sure you achieve incredible results in a pace that is comfortable for you. The workouts will be simple to start with and we will slowly adjust them as you get stronger and more confident in the exercises.

  • There will be videos of all exercises so you can check your technique. In addition to this, you are more than welcome to always send me videos of you doing the exercises so I can check your technique and give you feedback .

  • I use an app called Trainerize, this has all the workouts you will do in the app, and will track your progress each week. It will update the relevant weights used and your calories when linked to my fitness pal, if you choose to do this.

  • No problem! The great thing about it being online is that I can still coach you even if you're on the other side of the world. I’ll adjust your training & nutrition with whatever equipment you have available on your holiday.
